Maternas partnership terms

1. What the partnership is

Maternas is the portal (and later the app) for running your practice and supporting clients. Mãe Virtuosa is the mother’s app. The partnership connects both: you may introduce the app with your Care Code and, with her consent, follow what you agree together.

Lumnidev operates the platform. You remain responsible for your practice, professional ethics and the rules of your country.

2. Account

The account is personal and non-transferable. You provide accurate data, protect your password and confirm your e-mail.

We may suspend or close accounts used in bad faith, that breach this agreement or the law, or that put mothers or the platform at risk.

3. Care Code and bond

When available, you receive a unique code. The mother enters it in the app, recognises you and chooses what to share — everything off by default.

Her diary, photos and cycle never appear in the share list. Ending the bond is her right, immediately and without justifying it to you.

The same code may support the affiliate programme (commission for introducing the app), under rules published in the portal or admin panel.

4. Confidentiality of mothers’ data

What she shares with you is only for the agreed care. Bulk export, sale, publication or marketing use without her explicit permission is forbidden.

Your private notes about the client are yours — the mother and Lumnidev’s panel do not see them. Stronger confidentiality rules (for example psychology modules) follow professional ethics and product settings.

If the bond ends or is paused, you lose access to the shared history. Do not try to work around that.

5. Content you publish

Texts, PDFs, audio and video you send to your clients are your responsibility (copyright, accuracy, clinical suitability where relevant).

Illegal or discriminatory content, guaranteed clinical outcomes, or pressure on the mother are not allowed. Reports may lead to removal and partnership review.

6. Pricing

At launch the portal is free: the partnership value for Lumnidev includes you introducing the app to mothers. A paid Pro plan may come later.

Access to what the mother chose to share with you will never be charged separately — it stays in the free bond arrangement.

7. Platform limits

Maternas and Mãe Virtuosa do not replace consultation, diagnosis or professional conduct. Alerts (for example contractions) inform; they do not suggest clinical action.

The platform may have downtime, maintenance and feature changes. We will take reasonable steps to announce important updates.

8. Ending the partnership

You may close your account at any time. We may end the partnership for serious breach of this agreement.

After closure, portal access and access to linked mothers’ data end. We may keep the minimum needed for legal compliance and proof of acceptance of this version.

9. Changes

If we update the agreement, the new version gets a number and date on this page. Material changes may require a new acceptance in the portal. The version you accepted stays on your account.

10. Governing law

This agreement is governed by Brazilian law, including the LGPD (Law 13.709/2018), without prejudice to professional rules in the country where you practise.
