Care for your data
Privacy policy
Updated 24 October 2026
This policy explains how Lumnidev handles personal data in Maternas (waitlist site and professional portal) and how that relates to the Mãe Virtuosa app. Plain language on purpose.
1. Who controls the data
The controller is Lumnidev, which runs Maternas and the Mãe Virtuosa app. Contact: contato@lumnidev.com.
2. What we collect
From the interest form: name, e-mail, WhatsApp, profession type, country, optional city and message, and consent to be contacted.
When you create an account: name, e-mail, password (stored as a hash only), profession, country, locale, and the partnership terms version you accepted, with the date.
Usual short-lived technical logs (for example IP and browser) may be kept for security.
We do not ask for sensitive health documents on the waitlist site. Clinical or mother-care data only appear later in the portal and app, under their own rules and the mother’s consent.
3. Why we use it
To reply to your interest and tell you when the portal opens.
To create and authenticate your account, and to send confirmation and password-reset links.
To run the partnership (Care Code, bonds with mothers who accept, content you publish for them).
To meet legal duties and protect the service against abuse.
4. Mothers’ data and the app
The mother’s diary, photos and cycle stay with her. Maternas only shows what she chose to share with you, item by item, while the bond is active.
That data is displayed for your work — not bulk-exportable. Copying, printing or passing it on for other purposes is not allowed.
If she ends the bond or the pregnancy is interrupted under the app’s rules, access to her shared history ends or pauses. Your private notes about the client stay with you.
5. Legal bases
Consent: waitlist form, account creation and accepting the partnership terms.
Contract / pre-contract steps: operating the portal and partnership.
Legitimate interest, balanced: platform security and fraud prevention — never to sell your data.
When you are linked to a mother, the main basis for what you see is her granular consent in the app.
6. Who we share with
Providers that help us run the product (hosting, transactional e-mail, essential analytics), under contract and only as needed.
Authorities when the law requires it.
We do not sell lists of professionals or mothers.
7. How long we keep data
Waitlist interest: until you ask to leave; then we delete the record (internal audit keeps only that someone left, not the contact).
Account: while active. After closure we delete or anonymise what the law allows, keeping the minimum required (for example proof of terms acceptance) for the legal period.
8. Your rights
You may ask for access, correction, deletion, portability where applicable, information on sharing, and withdrawal of consent — without prejudice to what is needed for the partnership while it lasts.
Write to contato@lumnidev.com. We respond within the applicable legal timeframe.
9. Cookies
We use what is needed for the session (for example an httpOnly login cookie) and basic site operation. We do not use third-party advertising cookies at this stage.
10. Changes
If we change this policy in a material way, we update the date on this page and, when appropriate, e-mail active accounts.
Questions or requests about your data: contato@lumnidev.com.
